My name is Hana and I am a yoga teacher. I am located in Bury and Manchester. I teach hatha yoga, pregnancy yoga, post - natal yoga and yoga for fertility. Yoga is in my life for nearly 20 years and I am teacher since 2009. I gained my diploma from Sivananda Vedanta Centre in Kerala, India. Pregnancy Yoga Yoga in pregnancy helps to strenghten the body, maintain a good posture and relieve pain and discomfort. Breathing exercises are an important part of the practice as they calm the mind and help women to relax and focus. It is a great tool in birth preparation, because the techniques they learnt can be used during the labour. Also, yoga can help to speed recovery after giving birth. I teach small and friendly classes at the Mind and Body Centre, 52 Bolton Street, Bury, BL9 0LL every Monday 5.30 - 7 pm. Drop - in £8, 5 weeks block £31. Hatha Yoga Hatha Yoga class consists of asanas (body postures), pranayama (breathing exercise) and relaxation. Hatha yoga helps us keep our bodies strong, flexible and healthy. It has a positive effect on the mind, decreases stress level and helps us to focus. As it is the core of my personal practice I am glad to be able to share its benefits in relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I am available for one to one, private (up to 4 people) and corporate classes. Post Natal Yoga Once you experienced how yoga works for you during pregnancy, why not take your practice further. Yoga helps to recover after birth, improve body posture, helps to relax and since your baby is with you during your practice, it helps you to bond and have some relaxed time together. Being a new mum is hard work, get the tools to cope! Currently post natal yoga is availablle only as a private class but I hope to start a regular class soon. Contact me if you are interested. |

Yoga for fertility Yoga can be a big help at any stage of our lives and considering how many couples find trying to conceive challenging, it can be a great tool to bring the body to a good condition, learn to relax and create a practice that will support you on this journey. It can be an individual or partner practice. At the moment, I am offering this class as a private session, but hope to start a regular class during this year.
